We will notify you immediately if a problem is encountered and within 24 hours a solution will be presented.

Your CFO team is part of your business and can be reached by telephone, fax or email to assist as the need arises.

Fees will be discussed prior to any engagement and any fee adjustments necessary as a result of change in scope will be discussed when they arise.

If you are dissatisfied with our service for ANY reason, please contact our office immediately. If your complaint is fair and reasonable and is not acted upon within 48 hours and/or the situation rectified within a reasonable time, we will refund the full fee paid by you relating to the complaint.
